What was your test result?

People say fenugreek, wild yam are good for estrogen dominance people but I tried herbs for 6 month before and it didn't help much too.

I think what helped most was progesterone cream that I started applying last month.

I was low on absolutely everything including cortisol. I was the lowest in progesterone though. Second lowest with estrogen and then testosterone but I was highest with a type of androgen. Interesting that it can be that way!

You just never know. I was often easy to be e dominant and acne ridden with androgens yet I had very low testosterone so I had muscle wasting.

So certain things like maca and e herbs were a no no till did antiandros and heal my adrenals. Still working on it. tests are expensive but they are sure worth it.
