I've been wearing push-ups since I was a teen and have very perky breasts still. I am nearing 32 now. I always have compared Western breasts to tribal (may be bad but I do). Think National Geographic. These ladies grow up not wearing bras and look at how saggy they are. I know many people are not believers in bras, and then there are those talking about fat-transfer bras. Wouldn't a tight push-up do the same thing as a fat transfer? I wear push-ups when I am out and about and when I am home I go braless. Breathing time AND shaping time.
Id get so sore! Amazing. Maybe that's the trick, that many days straight, then a break for the same amount of time. I can't believe its almost been a year! Congrats! You look like a D cup (with your build). My breasts have wide roots and I notice yours has too. I think the more narrow rooted your breasts are, the more they extend out. I think that's why we tend to think we don't look our size when we get there. Pile it on!
Thanks! I will try d's probably next month. So amazing to even say that considering last year my ultimate goal was a full C and even then I was highly skeptical I could get there.
Yeah, I think giving the breasts a little breathing time is important, just like working out---but not TOO long either.
From the side, my boobs do not look big but from the front they look much larger. I guess it's because they are wider. I also can get great cleavage because they're closer together than further apart, but that also makes them appear small from profile.
