So is it something in the milk I wonder that has contributed to the loss like calcium? Or the whole source of protein.
Can you do something like a lactose fee milk if it was the lactose that was bothering you, and up the calcium by another source. The latest I heard was calcium helps with phytoestrogen absorbtion. Cant recall if you were taking PM or not.
What about bee pollen.. I'm trying that, it's mother natures perfect source of everthing! All the aminos/vits/minerals/growth hormone protein etc and immune system.
I consulted with someone re maca who said it will raise testosterone and make your butt bigger NO THANKS. He also said maca will balance hormones which is isnt going to help with growth. Ive stopped using that as my protein shake now.

Those are great ideas. I'm allergic to bee pollen but perhaps a calcium supplement. I think all the fattiness of the milk was helping make my boobs more plump. Since getting rid of that my face has cleared up but I also lost weight. It's great because my stomach is as flat as can be again, but the boobs went down a bit. Maca may be a good idea. Although the thought of butt growth has always turned me off with it.....
I agree, no thanks! I just put coconut oil in my smoothie this morning. I use it externally all the time but I really need to start using internally too!
