Over 40 anyone?

#11

Zinger,
I only stop the PG one day a month otherwise it's continuous. I plan on repeating the saliva test next mo. (1 yr.). I can't put my hands on the results of the previous test but remember the estrogen & progesterone were lower than normal but my testosterone was high. The consultant said that high T was the norm for post menopause. I use PM now which is supposed to be an anti androgen. (hadn't been using it then.

CHD chest,
Great growth in 10 mo. So 1 to 1.5 in equals 1 cup size increase? I never know how much I need to grow to increase my cup size. It seems as my growth is east to west (sternum to armpits) not outward & that I don't increase in cup size.

I don't know if I can attribute my growth to any one thing specifically, but if I had to guess I would say massage and diet, and possibly noogleberry. One telling thing was at my mid year cardiology appointment my dr told me I appeared to be the healthiest I had been in four years (I was diagnosed with heart failure in 2009 and had surgery for a leaky valve in 2008 and an arrythmia in 2012 - all of this was the result of a surgically corrected congenital heart condition which caused my heart to weaken over time).

Part of the growth may simply have been due to an improvement in circulation as a result of the surgeries and better conditioning through exercise.

I also was wearing the wrong size bra which caused my right breast to migrate and spread out in my armpit. Switching from 32A to 32B may have appeared to cause growth by allowing the right breast to go back into shape.

I have noticed that my breasts have become a bit wider and fuller but not "deeper." I started out fitting smaller 32B bras and progressed to spilling out of them a little, and am now fitting small 32C bras but honestly I think I look like a B cup in proportion to the rest of my body.

So I think the 1-1.5 in growth (it is hard to tell exactly given variation in size through the day) equated to roughly a cup size for me. Growth has been very gradual with about 1cm growth every 3-4 months and size fluctuations with hormones etc. I am a compulsive measurer!

I am so glad I found this site and gave it a chance. I honestly didn't expect much because of my heart condition but because of wanting to do NBE I have had other health benefits through changing my diet and exercising more. Over time I have managed to make it a lifestyle and am slowly becoming less obsessed!

The noogleberry is a breast pump (suction device) which is intended to cause growth through tissue expansion. It consists of a two domes which sit over the breasts and a hand pump that you use to "pump up" the breasts.

There is a separate sub forum about this general method on breast nexus as well as another forum devoted to noogleberry (www.noogleberry.com). There are many different methods to using the device or "noogling" and the fastest responders appear to be women who have either been pregnant or had larger breasts in the past, however women who have always had small breasts and men can also get results if they persevere.

I started noogling in May as a 32B and have maybe gained half a size. I have also lost a small amount of weight due to healthier eating and retained my breast size. I would personally use the noogleberry for at least one year and possibly two before I quit. At the moment I use it 4-5 days per week for at least an hour.

I think it is worth considering. I have no difficulty using mine despite having a scar on one of my breasts from heart surgery. People prone to skin irritation and forming stretchmarks might find they have problems with the appearance of their breasts from using it however.

Have any of you ladies that are postmenopausal restarted your periods after taking PM?
After almost 2 mo on PM 1000 mg (500 mg twice a day), I started having vaginal bleeding. It was like "old times" - cramps, water retention, breast soreness. I know v bleeding is a warning sign but wonder if it's caused by PM. If it is, then should I cycle like everyone else who has regular periods?

I m 47 this past March. However, I am always a late bloomer. I grew 2" taller (in height) after I got out of college 20+ yrs ago. I did not even have mense until I was 16 so I hope this tells me my body is kinda delay in some sort and this NBE journey would work for me, x-fingers...

BTW, I think the key in this NBE equation is how to re-creating the swelling of lactating on mammary glands lobules and build up (store more of) the fat lobules...

Hi lostacres6!
I am not taking PM but I had some concerns that taking BO would cause menstruation to return but so far nothing....my temp is consistently at or above 98 so that means no thyroid issues and BO should work. I googled on PM for menopausal women and found this interesting article. Hope it helps:

Are you getting good results eith the PM otherwise?[/align]

Thanks Marie,
I thought Ainterol was 1 of the most trusted of the PM family. I wonder if the person recommending Solgar PM has something to do with the company.
I tried BO but could never get my temp past 96 even with a thyroid supplement plus it cause me to have severe depression.
I feel PM is working. I started 7/7/13 with 100 mg. of Siriporn PM(twice a day) then switched to Ainterol PM 9/23/13 - only 500 mg to begin with. I'm now taking 750 mg. PM but now take it with PC, FG, Fennel & WY. I added the last 4 because they seem to "balance" the PM for me. My hormone test last year said I was low in progesterone & estrogen.
Thanks for your reply & happy growing.
