My period gets too prolonged..How do i deal with this

I am taking Ainterol PM (2x/day) for the Proliferative phase (first 14 days) then Fenugreek+Saw Palmetto+Wild yam for the luteal phase (for 14 days) ... but its always my problem because my menstrual cycle lengthens from 28 days to 42 days. How do you manage this?
