Does anyone have any information on or experience with fenugreek leaf for nbe as opposed to fenugreek seed? Much of what I have looked up is not clear as to the extent that the leaf has similar NBE properties, and even if it does , what would be the equivalent dosage for fresh and or dried leaves? Does it have the same tendency to make one smell of maple syrup? It is something readily used in cooking, so could be useful if effective.

Fenugreek leaf has some medicinal properties but I've never heard of it beieng used in NBE. As far as I know only the seed contains phytoestrogens.
