So I am taking BO and consuming enough protein is very important. i weigh around 107 (5'1) and from a calculator thing online it said I should be consuming around 39-79 grams per day. Which is a pretty big gap so I was wondering how much other people around my weight are taking? btw most of the protein I consume is in the form of whey powder I stir in with my milk

Yh protein is so you have enough amino acids to grow I personally make smoothieswith eggs milk ginger and fruit its much cheaper than shakes with more vitamins and taste good.
I would vary the amount of protein and I think split it in the day your body can't process it all at once I normally make up my smoothie and leave it in the fridge and drink throughout the day.
