Newbie That Needs Advice!

#1

I am new here and definitely interested in NBE. Never really knew there were ways to do this until stumbling upon some info online. I do have a few questions. I am 20 and I've always had a tiny body frame ( 32A cup, 24 inch waist, 108lbs, 5ft 1in) I've been taking maca root for natural glute enhancement (which works Wink )and general weight gain but now I want to take a break from that and begin a nbe program. How do I know what will work for me without spending hundreds? ( college student). I saw rave reviews on bustmaxx and curvinexx on amazon and I'm thinking about trying one of them soon. Any real advice on those will help. Also, I heard great things about fenugreek massage. My goal is to maybe a cup size larger, maybe B or C cup, if I can get more than great. Any advice would GREATLY APPRECIATED.

P.S I am also on maxi hair vitamin(similar to hairfinity) which has grown my hair two inches in two months Smile

Bustmaxx is beyond fake:
1. 1500 mg of any one of the ingredients isn't enough to do anything, let alone 1500 mg total. As far as I can tell none of them have been concentrated into extracts to make up for this either, except for the dong quai.
2. The reviews are all fake. If you look at their other reviews it's either only Bustmaxx or there is one other thing.
3. The after picture is a stock photo: http://www.istockphoto.com/stock-photo-11726319-sexy-bikini-girl.php?esource=linkconn&aid=53247&asid=127014&cid=4471&lid=21
But even before hunting down the original you can see the overly generic stock photo model pose, obvious implants, she had fake lips done too and doesn't really match the before girl.

Curvinexx is fake too.

The ingredients aren't wrong though. Try buying them individually yourself for 1/50th the price and then you can also buy enough to matter. You can look around these forums for example programs. Anywhere from 2000 mg to unlimited fenugreek, wild yam, goat's rue or shatavari is a starting point all by itself. Or 100 mg and up of a 40-50% saponin extract. Start low, keep trying more until something happens. Something basic to add on to that is a few hundred mg red clover. And a minimal amount of progesterone cream taken half the month (see label). Or for something more in depth look around the forums for other examples.

Or I'm trying to get rid of something that a friend wasn't able to use due to a weak stomach (even 2,000 mg of any herb by itself is too much for her): http://www.breastnexus.com/showthread.php?tid=16984 . But no skin off my back if you copy some of the ingredients and don't get it from me. The extracts are very concentrated so they're the main ingredients in spite of being further down the list.

Okay. Thanks for the advice I will probably just start with the fenugreek, Or do some more soul searching for a regimen. I knew the before and after photos were fake but there are so many reviews its like "how can they fake all these? " ya know? But thanks again.

If you're trying to save money then fenugreek sprouts are a great deal. Doubles as a food that's as cheap as ramen, so the net cost is zero or negative. Also high in iron and has a little B vitamins. Get whole seeds, soak in water overnight, rinse twice a day for 1-3 days. There is about 3500 mg in a teaspoon of dry seeds. http://www.mountainroseherbs.com has it cheap and they have a good reputation. Optionally you may combine with red clover sprouts at the same time, about a constant 1/4 teaspoon is plenty. AFAIK there's little point to limitlessly increasing it, unlike the fenugreek.

Or for something way stronger than red clover but still somewhat cheap you cycle pueraria mirifica during your follicular phase and then switch to progesterone cream during luteal. It would be cheapest to see if the fenugreek works by itself first since even at several teaspoons you'll only save more money. Or fenugreek + red clover. But since you're starting at A you might be missing estrogen, which a phytoestrogen like either red clover or pueraria mirifica provides, or missing progesterone. So if fenugreek alone doesn't work after a couple months those are possibilities to try next while continuing the fenugreek. Not red clover and PM at the same time though; one or the other.

I did use a link on here to see if I had a hormone problem and from my symptoms I do think that I am lacking some estrogen. I haven't had it formally tested though. I will have to revisit a diagram of the menstrual cycle phases Dodgy so that I know what phase is what (which is sad cause I've had Anatomy and Physiology 1&2 ) but anywayyy...

As the herbs..is it better to ingest them(tea, powder, etc) or take capsules? Personally It would work better for me to take capsules since it's something I can just pop and go. But I know there is fenugreek tea and other things so what has the best results? Also there is fenugreek oil is it better to do massages with the herbs that come like that?

This or any other high saponin extract should be cheap and convenient:
http://www.amazon.com/Fenugreek-Big-Bulk-Suplements-Standardized/dp/B008J8DBAQ/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1385440805&sr=8-1&keywords=fenugreek+saponin
50% saponins, 300 mg in each capsule ("600 mg" is for 2 capsules). So 1 is plenty to start with and you can increase from there. Capsules likewise work fine for RC or PM since you need only a few hundred mg of either one. Whole fenugreek would take 3 or more capsules to barely get a minimal amount, and too many could give you an upset stomach. This won't happen with an extract even if you take several capsules.

For small amounts any form will do. For large amounts you need sprouts, strained tea or extract to avoid an upset stomach from tons of dry harsh herbs.
