Chance of growth? AAA or AA?

Congrats for Germany's win!

How's the maca treating you? Still liking it? Part of me kind of wants to go against my better judgment and give it a go.

Hi BB Smile

Yes I still like Maca, I will continue to take it. You could give it a try and if you notice side effects, you can always stop. How are you doing, are you still growing from noogling and massage?

I'm glad maca seems to agree with you! It's always nice to find something that works. I'm just so afraid of getting a big behind! Especially since now, I'm doing a new workout for my glutes. I can only imagine the double effect of the workout + the maca. Yikes. But like you said, if I notice something I don't like, I can always stop taking it. I don't want to waste money like I did on spearmint, though, and risk acne... UGH, herbs leave me feeling so conflicted! Really want the boost they give, though.

I haven't been keeping up with my routine at all because life got extremely difficult for a while. It's just now kind of coming back to normal, so I'm going to get back at it. But I got ridiculously stressed out and depressed, and it was all I could do to get up in the morning, much less keep up with my program. :/ It really seems like right now is a bad time in my life for NBE, but I'm going to keep trying!

Thanks for asking. Smile

Leaves of the Common Walnut = Juglans regia (also called English Walnut), tree should not be confused with BLACK walnut = Juglans nigra hulls (antiparasitic), you are referring to! Black walnut is widely available in the US, but it is NOT the same like juglans regia which contains progesterone.

PS: Juglans regia is also used to treat cancer. Smile

That's great news Peggy, you'll have to let us know the results. You know walnuts are considered a phytonutrient/phytosterol, For fertility men can go nuts for walnuts, lol.

Eating 2.5 ounces of walnuts a day -- a little more than half a cup -- for 12 weeks improved sperm quality in healthy young men, researchers report. Their study is part of a growing body of evidence that men’s dietary and lifestyle choices might affect their fertility.

The new study, funded in part by the California Walnut Commission, enrolled 117 men aged 21 to 35 who ate a typical Western diet.

Phytochemicals are sometimes referred to as phytonutrients and these terms are often used interchangeably. Phytochemicals exhibit diversified physiologic and pharmacologic effects. They have been found to inactivate cancer-causing substances, stimulate the immune system, protect the heart from disease, and help prevent cataracts. Phytochemicals promote human health by strengthening the human immune system and blood vessels, by fighting tumors, and through other activities. Many of these non-nutritive substances have potent biological activity and may help to lower risk for many chronic diseases. Soybeans contain a variety of phytochemicals and are the only food source with nutritionally significant amounts of one type of phytochemical called isoflavones.
