There was a study that found it raised T and DHT slightly but raised E 3-4x more. I've noticed while taking FG that my scalp seems to be on fire at times, also some thinning going on there too!
Interesting! Thanks for letting me know, Lotus. My hair is fine at the moment, shedding is less than before. So did you stop taking FG now?
No not really, it's just something I've noticed recently. Looking at different sources for prolactin I came across a breast feeding site that said for noticeable results to take '9' tablets of FG daily, 3 at a time. I can't remember ever taking that much, but that's 5490 mg. daily.
Sorry to butt in but what if... you soak fenugreek seeds, how many mgs per say do you get in a teaspoon of seeds i wonder? Its the most cost effective way to consume fenugreek! Do you know lotus?
Soaking, sadly no I don't!, I'm too lazy, lol. But it does make more sense considering the likely benefits you'll receive and $$$ you'll save.
