I did not stop the herbal mixture before I made the test as I used such a low dosage and no herb which is very estrogenic like PM or red clover or hops. But I have made two other tests before without taking any herbs, so I can compare the results. I don't think there will be a big difference though. But if you have never made a hormone test before, it is definitely better to stop the herbs before you make the test.

Well that will be interesting then to compare the results.
I did wonder if a thread could be done listing the phytoestrogenic herbs could be listed in order of their strength. The strongest to the weakest. Not sure if this has been done before...
I'm sure it has. The thing is, these wonderful threads are started but then they fall by the wayside as new threads take over.
