Other than not having the right temp or not consuming enough protein does anyone know any other reasons why BO would not work for someone?

You have to take higher doses of bo dear.1000 mg is too little. Start with 1500 mg and ramp up slowly to 2500 mg max if you didn't see results. But 1500 mg to 2000 mg is ideal

Even if I am a biological female I should take that much? I just do not want too take too much and experience negative results
