I have a question as you see I'm quite new. How long did it take to see results? I'm doing FG, RCB, and NG for about 3 weeks now. I'm pretty anxious and excited to see results!

That is really an individual thing. Stick at it for at least a couple more months, though I would recommend a minimum of 6 months total.
