Hi all

I want to add BO to my NBE regime but I want to know a reputable source. I found these two brands on amazon: ultra and swanson but they don't have many reviews. where do you ladies get your BO from? I keep hearing about this brand "ultra breast" but I can't seem to find it on the internet. please help!

I personally like Swanson's as a company and use their BO. I just started a little over a month ago so I can't say how effective it has been for me.
