Hello everyone!

I'd like to start using Swanson's bovine ovary. I'd also like to use a breast cream to help stimulate the adipose tissue to expand. Does anyone have a suggestion for what breast cream is the best?

I'm also going to start taking protein shakes in the morning and at night.
