I get acne, have chin and jaw stubble, and my third finger is longer than my index finger when I look at the back of my hand. I also have veiny hands, have since I was quite young, in fact, and I'm slightly prone to musculature. I'm basically part man. That's why I'm taking it. I take it throughout my cycle, like Ceci does.
The finger thing is in-utero androgen levels I have that too. How's the spearmint going btw? how long you been taking it?
Right, but I thought that was something you carried with you for the rest of your life...? At least that's the impression I got (in fact, there was a whole thread about it, if I'm not mistaken, on the predecessor to this forum).
I started taking it last week, so I'm not sure about it yet. I think it might be inducing my period to start earlier, because I think I have luteal swelling and tender breasts right now. I usually don't go into luteal so soon in my cycle. It's an improvement, as my cycles are sometimes unhealthily long!
I could be wrong but i think not, if it were enough to affect the endocrine system then you'd be born a boy, i think. i left my spearmint at uni and i'm so sad! i think i need to have my 4-monthly break from the pill and without it i'm gonna be a hormonal wreck haha
It certainly feels like I was born a boy some days! My only saving graces are I'm small and my face is girly.
So you never got a chance to start the spearmint?
