I massage first, drink some water to help with swelling, then pump until the top of my breast starts to touch the top of the cup. Then I detach the hose and push in the green airlock. All you have to do is push it in, you don't have to twist it. I repeat on the other side. I leave them like that for 7 minutes, then I release the air, remove the cups, and massage for a bit before repeating. I try to do that for an hour or so. It's improved the shape and size of my breasts, for sure! Looking forward to the day when I can fill the cups.
I push the green airlocks in but they are made of flimsy plastic and they do not make the cup air tight so the pressure just releases as soon as I take the pump off. Has anyone else had this problem? I don't really want to sit with my fingers over the air locks to keep them secure but that's the only thing I can do as they don't work properly.
