Hi all 
I am happy to report some visible growth. I was taking pictures and compared them to the beginning of my journey and wow have I grown! Every day I look in the mirror and they don't seem that much bigger and I am still wearing the same bra size but they definitely are bigger! I hope to post pictures at the end of my nbe journey upon approval of the boyfriend
This week I start my period so I will be doing a mini cleanse which means no herbs except milk thistle and a one day juice cleanse mid-week.
This next month I will continue to take 500 mg of PM a day and I decided to add 2x1000 mg of MSM! I started taking the MSM the last week of this month and noticed a change in breast growth so hopefully next month I'll start seeing some really apparent changes!
Also, I have awful tmj and not the best knees (running makes it worse too) and the MSM seems to be helping with those issues as well.
but back to my boobies..
