I am a biologist student and also "blessed" with small breasts.
I created an online survey to help everybody see what are the most effective methods and maybe we get some other conclusions.

You should be more specific about how you want people to measure their bust/underbust because people measure differently.

There is written in the question, that pleas give it in centimeter, and I enclosed a conversion calculator.

No, it's not. You didn't specify how tight you wanted people to measure, whether you wanted bra off or on, or whether you wanted people to lean over for their bust measurement.
