Upon reading about night time bras I came across an article which really makes a lot of sense. Needless to say i'm inclined to agree and I may make a point of being sure my underarm bra band etc isn't too tight from here on in. Whats gutting for me is about the push up bras thought :'( It's worth a read - only as it is helpful. But whether what I am about to insert is true this is of some relevance to what you are concerned about BB, also noteworthy a friends wife has VERY big breasts! And she has no sag issues at all with/without a bra so this might have some merit..
Surgeon Christine Haycock at the New Jersey College of Medicine says that inherited traits -- not ligaments or breast size -- are the reason some breasts give in to gravity. Bouncing bosoms help clear the lymphatics.
