Next month's goals are as follows:

1. Keep up all the habits I've introduced so far, of course!

2. Start using Kangzhu cups daily after every massage session, first for 15 minutes each session, then increasing from there as I see fit.

3. Increase flaxseed intake to 3 teaspoons daily.

4. Increase MSM intake to 1/4 teaspoon 3 times a day.

5. Start binaural beats during the day whenever I'm on my laptop and rockmelon ringtone at night on my iPod while I sleep.

6. Start spearmint, one capsule a day. *bites nails furiously over the fact that she's actually starting an herb*

7. Get more sleep. I'm going to try to fall asleep before 10:00! I can do it! I'll be more than happy with falling asleep before 10:30, though.

Still no period. What's the deal, body? I wonder if my massages and the fact that I went off MSM for a bit have something to do with it.

Today I ran up and down some stairs, and I actually had to hold my boobs because they were bouncing all over the place and it hurt! That was crazy! I don't know that I've ever had to do that before.

My skin is... dare I say it? Looking pretty good lately!
