Updated program:
Sunday - Morning massage, evening massage and hydro pumping session
Monday-Friday - Morning massage and pumping session, evening massage and pumping session, and any other pumping I can sneak in between if I've got the time (particularly on Fridays, since I take a break from pumping the next day)
Saturday - Massage session three times in the day
I massage like this:

2. Then I do the deer massage, 100 times before pumping, 300 times when I don't follow with pumping.
3. If I'm not pumping after, I do the techniques from the video again after the 300 deer massages.

I pump like this:
1. I drink a glass of warm water or green & white tea
2. I lie down (apparently this encourages the tops of your breasts to inflate more)
3. Attach a cup to my breast and press down on it as I pump (I always pump my right breast first since it's smaller and that way it gets more time under the cup than my left breast), then seal the airlock once I've done about 10 pumps or so
4. Repeat on the left breast (I try to stop at 8-9 pumps on my left breast since it's bigger than my right)
5. Sit around and read for 7-10 minutes
6. Remove cups (starting with the left cup) and do 100 chi rotations
7. Repeat from step 2
I'm also eating well, avoiding sweets, drinking tons and tons and TONS of water (just ask my poor, abused bladder; oy!), taking a multivitamin, MSM, fish oil, b-complex, vitamin C, and vitamin D. I drink only water and white & green tea fusion and try to get to bed before 10:00.
