I considered that, too, Ella, but this has happened to me in the past more than once when I've momentarily gone off of MSM, one time when I was on vacation (so DEFINITELY not stress-related). So weird. It makes my cycle more regular, I think, so that's a plus.

im glad you brought this up sis cause i didnt think had any hormonal influence so when i change tactics this will be a consideration.

It helps you sleep, really?! I've read of the opposite, where people cannot fall asleep whatsoever because they feel so energetic! You're lucky!

Yes, I really want it to not be hormonal, but I'm very suspicious now. It's happened to me too many times for it to be a coincidence. MSM does some crazy (usually very good) things!

OH heck yes. Like a deep undisturbed sleep, its know for it That and crazy dreams! Last night I was dreaming about PM and boobies all night lol
