Hello! I'm not sure if this is post is still active, but question - I watched the Reiki massage video, and she says to rotate the breasts 'inwards'. However, both directions you move your hands bring your breasts in. Do you do this with your fingers moving up the center of your chest, or down?

I read in one article that one direction grows the breast, while the other reduces breast size! While I cannot think of a reason this would be true, it still makes me nervous!

Bubbly, I've always understood it as down the center of your breasts. I've had success with that.

Hey! I didnt understand the first vid with the asain guy but all the follow on clips were all on breast massage and fat transfer then pressure points, they were really cool thanks i have subsribed. Im gona do them when i get home!!
