I want to do a low carb diet to lose about 15lbs for my summer body, but I'm already struggling in the boobie growth department. I've read that some have grown while doing low carb. I'm thinking that has to be due to the protein uptake. I thought low carb put the body into ketosis where it's fat-for-fuel mode and one would think that would be bad for breasts? Can anyone who has tried low carb with NBE advise me on this?
