Hi!!
I have started taking PM extract by Ainterol. I take 3 drops in the morning (apron. 120mg) and 2 more in the evening (80mg), almost 200mg daily. The instructions recommend 120- 240mg per day , do you think that is enough?
I am also using SP and agnus casts to control the excess hair in my face
