Hi uhu,
that depends on the brand I think. I bought the "Siriporn" brand which has 100mg per capsule. But I read here that Siriporn is much potent (powerful) then Ainterol since Siriporn sells a farmed cultivar and Ainterol sells wild PM from the jungle. Some have had success with just the 100mg capsules, that's why I bought them.

i am using nature's answer, also 100 mg .. just like siripin.
but beware of spotting, side effects, nausea dhiarrhea . I got them all.
i increase one full cup within 10 days though

the first link you gave us contradicts NBE. It says that the mice who were given hops were killed on day 4.

Oh ok than Natures Answer PM would be also worth looking into it.
I don't know if I should take PM. On one hand I fear the side effects and I'm only 18, on the other hand nearly everyone had some growth with it.

I was on Pm for 3 months and stopped due to 10pound weight gain and tons of cellulite in my thighs. Just had a breast exam and I have a lump in my left breast. Getting a mammogram with diagnostic testing on Monday. Really the question is here, did the PM actually start to work. My left side is smaller. The lump is directly under my nipple. Hmm could it be like budding occuring as in puberty. We all take these risk when using herbs we really have no idea of where they came from or what chemicals were used in the air. You can not completely trust the internet for all the correct information.
