- Massage daily-Blood circulation promotes cell growth, and massaging flushes toxins from the breasts.
- Exercise-yoga, chest isometrics, push-ups, etc, break a sweat (brings the toxins to the surface)
- Sleep-yes it's good for NBE but it also flushes the brain of toxins too.

- Deep breathing exercise-not just for the lungs, increasing oxygen and promotes blood flow, breathing exercise promotes cell growth. You can do this technique anytime!

- Keep your liver happy, eat liver loving foods parsley, garlic, apples, rhubarb, artichokes, turnips, get the greasy fried foods, caffeine and soft drinks out!.
- Clean Colon-get plenty of fiber, and you can get it with the right food choices,
i.e. Pears, apples, oranges, strawberries, figs, raisins, oatmeal (instant is ok) popcorn (air popped) etc.
