Oh nice post Lotus!
I've read books on people who by just breathing the right way alone have avoided all the typical chronic diseases of today.
All to do with oxygenation of the body, the key to good health.
And yes moving/circulation! Avoid a stagnant lifestyle. People who sit for several hours a day have lesser years than people who get up and move around.
Ive recently learnt this myself!

Grounding with the earth is another one! Bare feet on damp grass, walking in the sand. Reconnecting with nature. Reduces inflammation.
