And yes moving/circulation! Avoid a stagnant lifestyle. People who sit for several hours a day have lesser years than people who get up and move around.
Ive recently learnt this myself!
Grounding with the earth is another one! Bare feet on damp grass, walking in the sand. Reconnecting with nature. Reduces inflammation.
