Just started maca today with a tsp in my smoothie. Have felt no effects so far (not even a noticeable increase in energy or libido) but am guessing it takes more time (and maybe higher dosage?).
Is 1 tsp a day good enough for NBE or should I be taking more eventually? I wouldn't mind a bit more width in my hips as well, and I will never complain about a bigger butt.
