How much wild yam should I take to notice a breast growth?
I've read about 390 mg.. But I couldn't figure out how much exactly ..

That doesn't sound right. Greenbush uses over 3,000 mg wild yam and it's good but pretty mild. Like fenugreek it contains the steroidal saponin diosgenin. Rather than filling up limited hormone receptors , they unregulate the effects of other hormones so that they have greater effect. Which means the sky's the limit on how much wild yam you can use.
And I believe similar herbs have zero effect below 1500 mg.
