Bored of my chest!

Hello! I am a twenty-something female, who has not seemed to develop much in the chest. It seems like my best bet in appearing curvy is to not gain additional fat, but to engage in weight training and exercise. I haven't tried exercises to specifically target my chest, so any tips would be welcome! I normally do cardio and leg exercises.

I am in desperate need of advice; after spending 10 hours looking into natural treatments (I am scared of bovine pituitary extract), I decided it was finally time to ask for some assistance. Too much of the internet seems to be cluttered with fake reviews. I was SERIOUSLY considering Breast Actives, but the reviews seemed like paid people / bots, and it was just too expensive!

I am considering PM, but I have two concerns:
1) I am not looking to enlarge the size of my nipples.
2) I am currently working on my saddlebags - I don't really gain weight on my waist, or anywhere else except that specific region. It has become clear that this is where my active fat enyzmes are, and my saddlebags throw off the proportions of my body. My worst case scenario is that herbal remedies would just cause my saddlebags to plump up, and that nothing will occur in my breasts.

Considering that I want to increase my breast size, but decrease my saddlebags, is this possible? I will be working out, so would that cancel out any herbal regimes? Should I just stick to exercises? Which do you recommend?

I don't have the budget for breast pumps. Sad Sad

I'm not quite sure about my band size and cup size; I suspect some of my problems is that I wear bras that are too loose, which can cause the breasts to migrate. I seem to be very shallow where I should have cleavage, and more full near the sides of my breasts. My waistline is 19" and my hips are 32".

Hi, Welcome to the forum.

I think the saddlebag look is an illusion that will go away if you gain weight. All bodies have to take up that room to hold its structure. Strength training for less than 30 minutes a week may help you, but if you work out to where it takes you days to regain from soreness, that will work against you.

You can get fenugreek at the grocery store. There's also massage, that can help make the breasts more responsive to the body's hormones. Alternating herbs is good. White peony converts testosterone into estrogens, and Reishi reduces DHT which works against you. Estrogen has to be balanced out by Progesterones and Prolactin during different times. I think you'll do fine in this forum.

Thank you so much for the advice! I will start off with fenugreek; I've seen some good programs around here implementing it. Where on the forum should I go to in order to design a program that alternates, as you say? I have heard the word 'cycle' mentioned here a lot, and I want to make sure I am not over-doing anything. :3 I plan on trying programs for around 4 months at a time and then posting my results, if there are any. Is that reasonable, or should I stick to one program for a more extended period of time?

Can I use all of that at once? Should I simply start with fenugreek, white peony, and reishi? Are there any known cycle periods for those, like in the case of PM, which I heard was 15 days?

Here's a plan http://www.breastnexus.com/showthread.php?tid=21160&pid=124766#pid124766 based on trying to go along with the normal hormone levels during the cycle. You may want to tweak it later.

It was based partly on the link at the top of this thread http://www.breastnexus.com/showthread.php?tid=21105 , and that thread was trying to find an effective plan. Different herbs have different effects on different hormones, and the herbs need to fit in to the puzzle. I hear PM is progesteronic and estrogenic. Progestogens, estrogens, and prolactins are needed in combination. You may have to do a lot of reading. A lot is posted in the forum, but it gets scattered.

There are a lot of terms there that I don't understand and will surely read up - for now I have to finish a paper for my summer course - ugh! I lost so many hours of precious study time because feelings of inadequacy were overly distracting. >.<; I'm glad I finally found a place that can be of assistance and support. Yay!

Is this a template, and I find herbs and foods that fit these specifications, or is that the original plan? Synthetic IGF-1 appears to be a steroid?

Pardon all the questions, but where can I learn about all the phases (follicular, luteral, luterally swelling, ect.)

Should I go to an endocrinologist to get a hormone panel before I try this? Should I fess up to them about going on NBE, or should I just ask for a panel?
