Has anyone tried Swanson Raw Ovarian Glandular 250mg capsules? If so Has anyone had any success with it and how many did you take a day?

it has raw ovary and uterus.
i was on pm for about three weeks, so to note;
so my nipples were already a bit sore, but switchig over to the raw female in just the last 2 days, they are extremely tender as if somone punched them.i can feel the breast buds beneath .
