I cannot stress enough how powerful it is. I would probably still be in a wheelchair if not for yoga. We like to think we are modern and yet we still chase ancient knowledge.

You could also trying listening to videos like these when you get time. I have absolutely nothing to back up that they work but I find them peaceful and soothing.

Thanks rave I missed your reply. Il check them out and save to my reading list. I got a dvd on Qi Jong but it was quite hard for me to get my head around and very long winded. I just like to see it in action. Cheers
