I can't see anything bad about red clover?? It all seems condusive to good health and cleansing and good estrogen right. Its a major component to Jason winters tea and the famous hoxsey cancer treatment. Helps prevent heart disease, bile production.

Breast growth aside is there anything controversial you have
Researched about RC? If anyone can sniff it out its you.
Thanks..

Hi Ella, have u ever try RC? Totally agree with you, Lotus is the one that can sniff everything out Lol.

What a neat program you have. Is it working?
I have just ordered some red clover loose tea. I can't see how it would do any harm. However I won't take it daily but for heart health it seems wonderful..

Hi Ella, no growth yet but it seems fuller and firmer. FYi, I breastfed 2 kids, so it definitely firmer than before NBE. Maybe i should give red clover a try too .
Yeh this is worth looking into. Il do it myself abit later.

This is an interesting read!
I'm not so worried about taking it now.

It doesn't address safety of isoflavones etc of estrogen promoting properties. But in the context of the rest of the article is comforting

Ps my red clover yea arrived. While it says it takes large doses of red clover to up your estrogen I imagine a couple of teas per day will do no use for nbe but be helpfull for general health

How long have you been on your regimen Denny? Im taking Fenugreek as well, and have noticed weight gain, whether i can attribute that to the Fenugreek or other eating im not sure. The only thing i can tell you is persistence and patience will do more for you in this venture than anything else.
Its like growing a plant, only slower,,i think. also if you do one suppliment for a short time, and then change, your not really giving it time to act. Flax is said to contain,,, (in one article)one the strongest natural estrogen's on the planet.
Its also said ,,,it inhibits certain kinds of estrogen,, vying for its spot,, But then again i just read something today saying that , Even though it counters some natural estrogen in the body, in women it also has been known in certain cases to cause gynocomastia,in men, so where do you go with that? theres alot of conflicting stuff top sift through.
You gotta read lots about each of these substances, and not pass over the essential information of negative side effects because we hear this one or that one might give us a growth spurt,, I fall prey to that alot, lol.
just be careful , be patient,, and above all be well informed. You at the right place to learn all you need to know. good luck

I'm taking pea protein. It's high in nutrients and alkalising and the favourite prescribed amongst natural practitioners over whey!
I do believe sourcing non GE might have to be considered if your country is genetically modified inclined.. mTF
