I have a question. When you pump, Is growth permanent or do you have to continuously pump forever to maintain the size of increased bust?

When I have stopped for periods... there may have been a little deflation but for the most part it is permanent... takes a while to get growth since its a long process.... but so worth it!

I think it's permanent with consideration that you haven't lost and health is good. A healthy body will give you more in return. But like Karren said, it's a long process, so patience is key.
