does anyone know of an estrogen/prolactin cream/lotion?
I only know of PM cream.. but i'm thinking to maybe add some prolactin.... but will I start dripping from my nipples???
Has anyone used wild yam or fenugreek cream?
or any other estrogen based or prolactin based lotions./creams???

There aren't any commercially available, at least not that I've seen. There's some herbal massage ointments I've seen around but I haven't tried them.
Breast massage on its own will naturally stimulate prolactin production.
Though you might not need it, have you looked into progesterone cream? it's usually referred to here as PC.

thank you for your response! I'm on the progesterone only bc shot, so i have enough prog in me... i will start massaging a lot more, i like more natural ways of stimulating hormones. thanks for that hint!
