I have seen successful and horribly disastrous fat transfers on this site and others. One thing that seemed to stick out to me is that the farther away the fat is taken the worse the chances of success. the worst one I saw (and the poor woman is so distressed it has ruined her life), had her fat taken from butt and thighs. It all died and turned to puss and hard lumps which were removed leaving her with small misshapen breasts.
