While browsing through here the other day I came across this massage -

(this is what I copied and pasted into a Word document to my computer for my reference). I cannot find the original thread now, otherwise I would have put that link in.

In the thread a few members commented how well they have grown with this massage, while other massages did nothing for them. One lady commented it was one of the best NBE massages.

I am going to give this a go, but the question I have is, it states to "shake" each part of your breast for about 5 times - do you do this just once a day, it doesn't sound very much at all for it to have any effect.

Has anyone done this massage before, do you know how many times you do this per day?

The instructions with the pictures are a little unclear to me... you push into the breast tissue with your fingertips and shake or jiggle the tissue? then you move around the whole breast until you've hit every part except the nipple? Or just the left area as the instructions specify despite the pictures?

Yes, that's the right massage, but I want to know how many times a day you do this (and if you do it just the once per sesssion).

You place your fingers as per the photo and then just jiggle about, keeping your fingers still, don't move them about.

I do mine just before I massage (chi massage), twice a day. I'm not sure if that's enough though as it doesn't say how often to do.
