I am brand new to the forum, although I have lurked before.
I am a bio female, 46, no kids. When I was young and impetuous, I got a boob job, which almost immediately calcified. Instead of taking them out, I was convinced to replace them, and my scar tissue problems intensified. After 17 years I had them removed, which was awesome, only to need yet another surgery to correct all the scarring inside. Needless to say, my boobs have been through the wringer.
Due to having so many different surgeons at them, my nipples are a little wall-eyed! My left is tubular, nipple looks somewhat Tanner stage 4, and is a full A, small B cup. My right is almost an A cup, with what appears to be a fully formed nipple. The adhesions under the skin still visibly misshape the right one in the center and a little bit underneath.
I have used Noogleberry, inconsistenly, with some very small success, but never really any worthwhile swelling. I used PM, also inconsistently and at low dosages as I felt I might be estrogen dominant. Through the PM phase I lost about 30 lbs due to stress, and my boobs didn't lose any size at all, so I think I'll consider that a little win.
I have recently begun some massage, and am becoming more interested in BO as the safety track record isn't as scary anymore. At the moment I'm interested in a CONSISTENT track of massage and BO and then Noogleberry (when I unpack them in a few months). Cinnamon oil looks interesting as an addition to the massage oil. Goats rue looks interesting too, but I'm having a hard time finding if it's okay with BO, and whether it's safe or not. There's not a ton of info out there.
