This might be a very silly question, but since BO essentially sends a body through another puberty, has anyone experienced any changes in height while using it? I can't find any information about it, clinical or anecdotal, on the Interwebs.

I haven't heard anything like that. You probably shouldn't grow any taller since your growth plates have fused already.
