So if you use PM and PC with BO then you may want to use less. Yes due to menopause you may take both with no breaks or cycling necessary. Or however you want. The main reason for cycling is to avoid causing a weird period (delayed, heavy, spotting, erratic, etc.).
And the same for the Progesterone Cream?
