The L-arginine is fine except that it could give you an upset stomach if not well spread out. Studies actually use 6,000 mg. The nutritional mix has some L-arginine too, around 3,000 mg I think but I can't find the original spreadsheet at the moment. Grains have a little. I hadn't heard of using glutamine for stomach lining, I don't know anything about that. As long as it doesn't give you digestion issues it couldn't hurt at least. It seems suspicious though since you already get several thousand mg from diet.
For more than 100 mg PM you should probably cycle. You might get away with a little more without cycling, but I'm not sure.
