I started on the GB herb enhancement blend kit about 3 weeks ago. The first night I took the herbs and extract I was really sick. I wrote to them and they were really helpful and thought maybe it was a bug aggravated by herbs.
I've been taking 3 capsules x3 a day but the extract is so vile and really bloats my stomach and makes me feel sick! They have recommended that I up the dose to 5 x capsules x 3 times a day instead and keep massaging with the extract.
Anyone else using the GB herbs? How are you getting on?
