shrinking boobies, help :(

#1

Hey everyone, I was hoping someone can help me out with this. <33

So PM wound up making my breast smaller and even more empty feeling- I bled a bit after stopping it but my actual period was 2 weeks late, and was a real killer.

So this month I purchased Fenugreek, even though it was a phytoestrogen like PM but I figured it would have the same swelling effect as it does when women go through their luteal phase, seeing as it promotes breast tissue/milk.. but it acted the same as PM did, it made my chest so empty, smaller and over all shape different!

each time I tried these herbs I did them during my follicular phase, to match estrogen. Is it possible that my breast shrunk due to estrogen dominance? I have heard too much estrogen can shrink breasts.

So I have been using PC (now luteal phase) but I am still bleeding a bit.. & I dont get it! I still havent felt anything different in my chest or hormones.. even though its just my 2nd day using PC.. Is it smart to continue it?

I am really not sure what herbs would be good for me now seeing as most are are phytoestrogen / estrogen based.. unless I look into vitex/chaste but.. do I really need it with PC?

Over all, I am not sure what to do at this point--

the NBE I am thinking on to moving is BO combined with NB..

is BO smart for someone whose body is reacting like mine? should I try DIM to flush out estrogen? but then again, I really don't know if this is an over load of estrogen.. I am just going out on a whim saying that it is, even though it makes sense that I would be estrogen dom. (painful periods, constant bleeding, but my boobies are shrinking Sad help)

This is you right?
I'd email or better ring and ask for advice. The fact you are bleeding is something going on with the hormones and ovaries right, by feeding them with BO and possible enlargement of the ovaries that's fkn scary.
I don't know enough about bovine to comment but is it worth the risk?
I'd be detoxing if you can, milk thistle lemon water, I won't say dim cause you just don't know if its estrogen or not. Beet juice too.
Re pc well I don't know if it'l do harm to continue or not, it's all guesswork without the labs to back it up . Don't be swayed into taking nothing on here though. If you can afford it these health places can do Skype appoints too if you couldn't physcially get in. They might suggest a good balancing tonic.

thanks ella <3
yeah thats me..
well I havent taken BO yet, I was just wondering if BO would even benefit someone with my issues because it would seem that no matter what NBE herb I take, it winds up doing the opposite for me and shrinking them! Sad

should I stop taking everything, including maca for a while? so far I have stopped but I still have been taking maca and some multi vitamins. Drinking tons of water.

I have one appointment on the 23th, if they don't help me I was gonna hang in the towel.. but I can look into the natural places, thank you <333 I always appreciate your advice.

apparently there's some info out there suggesting maca can influence ovary problems.. I know wtf right is there anything that doesn't have side effects.

I'd certainly stop maca and see how you go

I know its all conflicting bloody info but pm Peggy and ask her what happened on maca.
Maybe focus in the meantime on the building blocks of hormones like your fatty acids and b vitamins. Stop anything herbal for now. Also u know what when you see the specialist you want your body and hormones to be in their ordinary functions ie not being influenced by any herbs ie maca. Because when you get a hormone panel you need it to reflect what's really going on without any outside influences or your wasting your money . The b vitamins and omegas can only help.
Yeh I'd steer clear of herbs till you get your check up.

you know what, you are absolutely right.. I will stop taking everything for a while-- even the vitamins. Honestly I kind of want to anyway-- hopping myself up on all these herbs & stuff are making me feel kind of erratic and its kind of off putting. I hope drinking water will be enough to clean my system out from now till the 23th.

I am kind of only finding good things about maca though on the google search you provided lol

"Maca is an excellent fertility herb which helps the body create balance and progesterone hormones without including any hormones itself. I also think that maca helps natural progesterone to function better by nourishing the endocrine system. Maca should be ingested daily with an amount of 2,000-3,000mg."

which is kind of awesome, I think that is why maca helped me in the beginning get back to a C from a B and also got my curves back. But its just disheartening that maca is the only thing that has helped me so far. No other nbe herb has worked for me :/ and maca is known for booty not boobies :/ I am such a backwards person Sad

I never like to depend or expect too much from herbs or supplements. You still got massaging and noogling. So maybe it's time for a new plan? I'd definitely not give up yet Wink

You may be right and I hope soo too cause I really want maca to work cause it works on other levels too. My only concern is the wArnings 're ovaries :s
But again for you I'd stay off everything and let your body settle pre your appointment so you get that true picture of what's going on.
And yeh like pinkie said nothing stopping you doing massage etc and the diet thing in the meantime Smile

thank you guys *so much* for the support Smile I really appreciate it. <3 I think I am going to do that, look into nb and lay off herbs.
I'll let you know what happens when the 23rd rolls around.
