Multivitamins-Vitamin D-Coconutoil-Spearmint tea- Fennel tea- Liqourice tea-msm- l-arginine- protein shakes-quercitin with resvratol for pain,stress, anti-inflammatory.

Thank you Pom, I´m defenitely going to try to stay safe by taking low doses.
Start very low, so you will not see any adverse effect, and then you can add to it. Most of the bio-females have problem with it. It really is very estrogenic. It probably will help you gain some weight.
