Okay good info mate, well I have to purchase a new oil then. I eat well(nuts and fish once a week) so get some O3's from that. But think I'm pretty high on the O6 intake too
Fruits help with free radicals as well right..
Oh and I btw dont use safflower oil..I mentioned it once but I meant sunflower oil. Thats a good oil too right?
