Do not let anybody try to minimize the risks, or sluff off theses episodes as a "no big deal" thing. A diabetic person (wait, scratch that), a pre-diabetic person should seriously reconsider NBE......better yet talk with they're health care professionals, and get your blood sugars tested. Hypoglycemia in diabetics is very very dangerous, (fatal).
One other thing about PM, it increases blood flow by way of NO-2 (nitric oxide), so in other words if you are experiencing heavy flow, PM combined w/other meds (e.g. anti-coagulants) will increase the symptoms.
