Your body can lose 20 pounds in a matter of days; it's all water weight. You then re-hydrate and it all comes back.
We need to do body fat measurements. I like the electronic form, it's easy and a one-time cost (and no embarrassment allowing others to see the number.)
Body calipers are more accurate, though.
Figure if you're under 5%, you've got a problem; if you're over 25-30% for women, you have a problem. Women should be around 20% BF.
