Anyone done the workout program Strong Curves for a nice butt?

#1

If anyone's interested its a weight training program designed to really build your butt muscles. I've been doing it a month or two now and i notice i can actually feel a little bit of muscle has grow but i have also lost weight on legs, butt, upper body and not my hips or tummy yet. Unfortunately i got that hip dip problem and now its worse because of the fat loss on my bum a little but not on my hip! Just need some encouragement to carry on and wondering if anyone else has tried this and got any tips?

Also just started flaxseed oiling my butt again this time i have got some cling film to wrap around so i dont have to lay on my front for about an hour for the damn stuff to soak in! I kept giving up because it got annoying but hopefully now i wont :p I did read somewhere on here someone got their hip dip to look better with flaxseed and doing an exercise that sounded like hip extension exercise.

I would suggest this page http://exrx.net/Lists/Directory.html

It's really good to find corrective exercises. The accuracy on the muscles and exercises is good. It does lack in the best routine to take, and on information about stretching, however. Still, it is a valuable resource.

It will mention examples of some muscles that are strengthened, but it's counter muscle's are weaker, creating muscular imbalances like that. For instance, strong hamstrings, but weak quads like what is common in runners.

You're welcome. Maybe you've found these pages already, http://exrx.net/Exercise.html -> Kinesiology -> Biomechanical Impairments: Weaknesses, Flexibility, Posture

There are a few under the last three category pages that might be it. There's the problems, exercises affected, and corrective exercises.
